COMPANY
In 1981, three friends got together and decided that it was time to realize their dream and start their own construction company.
They did not have a place or a team to manage; it was only the three of them, with a great idea and the willingness to make it come true. And this is how, with just a limited number of people and a couple of clients who believed in their talents and commitment, the company came into being.
DLP stands for the initials of each founding member’s last name: Javier Darraïdou, Pelayo Larrain, and José Manuel Poblete.
As time went by, DLP has become a company that is really committed to its field, being an active member of Cámara Chilena de la Construcción (CChC). They have developed construction and real estate projects throughout Chile, Spain, Peru and Colombia.

TEAM
After gaining valuable experience in the market, DLP continued looking for the best professionals to join the team and contribute to the development of new projects. Four new partners became part of the company, all of them civil engineers from Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC).
Nowadays, they provide the knowledge to develop innovative ideas and the tools to face the challenges that being a sustainable company entails, contributing to the development of the country.
